Wing Commander Namansh Syal of the Indian Air Force lost his life after a Tejas LCA fighter jet crashed during a flying demonstration at the Dubai Air Show. The single-seat aircraft, developed by HAL, went down around 2:10 pm local time. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu expressed deep sorrow, calling the loss heartbreaking and paying tribute to the pilot’s bravery and dedication. Condolences continue to pour in for the courageous officer and his family.
