Airports are often crowded and stressful, but one IndiGo passenger recently experienced something inspiring. While going through a routine check in, he came across a staff member who is hearing and speech impaired. The employee, working at the check in counter, was captured assisting passengers with patience, which left a strong impression on the traveller. He praised the airlines for giving opportunities to people with disabilities, calling it a “beautiful step toward inclusion."
