President Donald Trump has publicly responded to the resignation of Marjorie Taylor Greene, branding her a "traitor" while thanking her for her "service to our country."
Georgia Representative Greene — once a staunch MAGA ally — announced her resignation from Congress in a video posted Friday night .
Her ties with the president have soured in recent months, and she had been outspoken in urging the Justice Department to release all of its files related to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
"Marjorie “Traitor” Brown, because of PLUMMETING Poll Numbers, and not wanting to face a Primary Challenger with a strong Trump Endorsement (where she would have no chance of winning!), has decided to call it “quits.” Trump wrote on Truth Social this morning.
