Cold wave is set to intensify across the state as maximum temperature in Himachal Pradesh will be dropping by 2°C to 4°C in the next few days.
As per the State’s Meteorological Department, while the weather across the state is expected to remain dry till November 28, temperatures are set to drop by few notches across the state, leading to cold wave conditions mainly in the higher reaches of Kinnaur, Lahaul and Spiti, Kangra, Chamba, Shimla and Kullu districts.
Meanwhile, weather was mostly dry across the state during the last 24 hours with most of the state witnessing a bright sunny day. Moderate fog was also observed in Bilaspur and Sundernagar in Mandi district. Minimum temperatures in higher reaches of the state were down by 2°C to 4°C and were in the range of minus 6°C to 11°C.
