Officials said the earlier 5.5-magnitude quake, which hit on Friday, caused widespread panic and injured several hundred people. Disaster management official Ishtiaqe Ahmed told AFP that the confirmed death toll had risen to 10 as rescue and medical teams continued to respond to affected areas.
