Byju Raveendran ordered to pay over $1 billion by US court; Founder contests decision

A US bankruptcy court has directed Byju’s founder Byju Raveendran to pay more than $1.07 billion, ruling him personally liable for moving and concealing funds from Byju’s Alpha, the company’s US financing arm.
