The video is at once funny - in a Keystone Cops kinda way - and disturbing in a downright embarrassing way - if you’re a fan of the First Amendment.
The body camera footage shows the 61-year-old woman protester telling the police she was in pain, unable to see and shouting that her hands were “killing me” while handcuffed.
At one point, she is asked to provide her name.
