Jagdeep Dhankhar, who had stepped down as the Vice President of India in a surprising move, made his first public appearance after the resignation.
He attended the launch of the book, ‘Hum Aur Yah Vishva,’ written by RSS All India Executive Member Manmohan Vaidya, in Bhopal.
The former Vice President delivered a speech, while addressing a gathering, in which he stated the importance of a person's responsibilities or duties, even in tough times, and keeping aside their personal constraints. However, it is one of his cryptic comments citing his recent past that caught the maximum attention.
\"Main flight pakadne ki chinta se apne kartavya ko nahin chhod sakta (I can't leave my duties for the sake of catching my flight). My recent past is proof of it,\" he said right after someone came up
