Despite teasing and setting up John Diggle's massive Arrowverse storyline, the Green Lantern endgame never came to fruition in The CW's DC TV shows. The Arrowverse franchise brought several iconic heroes to life from the pages of DC Comics to the world created on The CW, but one that had to get scrapped at the last minute was the long-awaited fruition of Diggle becoming a Green Lantern.

During ScreenRant's Arrowverse Heroes panel, moderated by Joe Deckelmeier, David Ramsey looked back at Diggle's major story arc that the franchise had spent several years building towards his character becoming an Emerald Knight.
