The Post Office scandal saw thousands of postmasters wrongly accused of stealing money because of faulty computer software.

Private Eye journalist Richard Brooks first raised questions about the whole affair fourteen years ago. Yet despite the public outrage since, many postmasters are still waiting for compensation.

Brooks has written a new book, “Post Mortem”, detailing how the Post Office, the government and the computer company Fujitsu ruined the lives of so many innocent people.
