Dear Tony: Our strata is in opposition over a current age restriction bylaw. Our bylaw is quite simple. “All owners and residents must be 55 and over”. Sixty percent of the owner residents are over 55 and they are constantly threatening residents with family members under 55 who are residing with them. Fines have been issued but no one has gone any further and before we end up with a costly legal dispute we are hoping there may be an easier solution.
