Jake Witte grew up thinking about how he would react if he had the chance to knock in a game-winning goal in a big game.

On Saturday, there was no bigger stage in high school soccer to make an impact of that degree, and Witte took advantage of the moment, knocking in the game-winning goal in overtime to give Madison a 4-3 victory over Robbinsville in the Group 2 state finals.
