Baltimore, MD — A 24-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a stolen vehicle chase that began in Baltimore ended with a dramatic foot pursuit in Columbia, thanks to aerial surveillance by the Baltimore Police Department’s Foxtrot helicopter.

Kaleb Barak of Baltimore was arrested after police tracked the stolen vehicle he was driving across jurisdictional lines into Howard County. The pursuit ended in Columbia, where Barak abandoned the car and attempted to flee on foot.
