PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police are responding to an incident in south Phoenix where they say multiple people were shot.

Just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to a shooting near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road.

Police say that a suspect is in custody. It is unclear if the victims and suspect knew each other or the extent of the victims’ injuries.
