MLB coach, former professional player Gary Jones attends ribbon cutting ceremony for East Texas baseball field

HENDERSON, Texas — A Henderson-native and former Major League Baseball coach appeared for a ribbon cutting dedicated to his family in East Texas.

Henderson Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of the Henderson Boys Baseball Associations' Gary Jones Field of Dreams, with Gary Jones himself attending the ribbon-cutting. Jones attended school in Henderson before going to school at the University of Arkansas.
