A $10,000 donation from the law firm Farah & Farah will help feed veterans at Five-Star Veterans Center, one of the largest veterans services centers in the region, center officials said.

The contribution was announced on Wednesday and will underwrite roughly two months of meals for veterans staying at the center, John Bear, CEO of Five-Star Veterans Center, said. The center provides three meals a day for residents and spends about $5,000 a month on food.

“It helps our organization pay for food for our veterans that we have,” Bear said. “So Farah & Farah’s generous donation affords us two months of food in order to keep feeding our veterans.”

Farah & Farah has supported the center for several years, Jonathon Carter, a representative of the firm, said.
