A man in Ohio shot two children and a man before taking his own life, police said.

Ryan Eagon, 42, allegedly killed the seven-month-old baby he shared with his wife, her seven-year-old son and the child’s father after discovering that his wife was planning to move out of their home amid "ongoing domestic issues", according to the Tiffin Police Department.

Officers were called to the 100 block of Huss Street in Tiffin just before 6.30pm on Wednesday after a report of gunshots. Police said they found four victims at the scene with gunshot injuries, as well as a woman who was physically unharmed but "clearly in a state of shoc
