COLONIE — Moments before the opening kickoff, Saratoga Springs football standout sophomore tight end/defensive end Cam Toomey jogged off into the locker room with an assistant coach. Like a good handful of his teammates over the course of this past week, Toomey had come down with a case of influenza.
