Josh Allen takes shot at heated rival during Wyoming retirement ceremony

Wyoming legend and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen returned to War Memorial Stadium on Saturday for a milestone moment, becoming the first Cowboy football player to have his jersey retired.

Allen’s No. 17 was unveiled on the middle deck during a halftime ceremony of Wyoming’s game against Nevada, marking only the third jersey retirement in school history.

The NFL MVP was Joined by his parents, Joel and Lavonne, and former Wyoming coach Craig Bohl for the ceremony. Allen received a roaring ovation from the sold-out crowd before a highlight video chronicled his rise from a zero-star recruit.
