Thiruvananthapuram: Voters who cannot be traced even after BLOs (Booth Level Officers) visit their homes three times will be excluded during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll. The list of such voters, classified as “untraceable”, will be published booth-wise on the Election Commission’s website, at Electoral Registration Offices (EROs), and also provided to representatives of political parties.
Chief Electoral Officer Dr Rathan U Kelkar explained after a meeting with political party representatives that BLOs will finalise the list after discussing the details of these voters with Booth Level Agents appointed by political parties.
