Belichick and Hudson have been the subject of extensive coverage over the past year, particularly from the New York Post, which has chronicled everything from private family disputes to Belichick attending one of Hudson’s adult cheerleading competitions last week.

One Post report detailed a two-hour tirade from Belichick’s daughter-in-law alleging Hudson had gained too much influence over the 73-year-old coach’s personal life.
