CALGARY - Nazem Kadri scored the deciding goal in the shootout and Devin Cooley made 28 stops as the Calgary Flames won 3-2 over the Dallas Stars on Saturday night..

Matt Coronato and Joel Farabee scored in regulation for Calgary (7-13-3), which improved to 4-1-1 in their last six home games.

Jason Robertson and Roope Hintz scored for Dallas (13-5-4). Robertson extended his goal streak to a career best-tying six games during which he's lit the lamp 10 times. He leads the team with 13 on the season.

Casey DeSmith had 31 saves in the loss. DeSmith is 4-0-2 since losing his first start of the season on Oct. 16.

With each team scoring once through the first three shooters, Kadri put Calgary in front when he went forehand to backhand on a deke and tucked the puck under the crossbar.
