INDIANAPOLIS — A group that owns several restaurants in downtown Indianapolis was named in the Mark Sanchez lawsuit .

Court documents claim one of Huse Culinary's restaurants over-served Sanchez before he allegedly attacked a 69-year-old truck driver outside an Indianapolis hotel on Oct. 4, 2025.

Investigators say Sanchez and the truck driver got into an argument that left the truck driver hospitalized with several injuries.

Sanchez is facing charges of battery resulting in serious bodily injury, battery resulting in bodily injury, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication.

Sanchez and the Fox Corporation were also named in the lawsuit.
