Arch Enemy have announced that they’ve parted ways with singer Alissa White-Gluz . The surprising news came early Sunday via a social media post from the band.

The statement reads, “Arch Enemy have parted ways with singer Alissa White-Gluz. We’re thankful for the time and music we’ve shared and wish her all the best.”

It continues, “Wherever there is an ending, there is also a beginning. See you in 2026.”

The Canadian vocalist joined Arch Enemy in 2014, when she replaced Angela Gossow, who decided to step away from the Swedish melodic death metal band, but remained their business manager. Previously, White-Gluz had been a founding member of Canadian metalcore band The Agonist.
