Bengaluru, Nov 23: Bengaluru police have arrested seven individuals in connection with the high-profile daylight cash van robbery that saw Rs 7.11 crore stolen from an ATM van on November 19 in the southern part of the city.
Among those arrested is Annappa Naik, a police constable attached to the Govindapura Police Station, who has been immediately suspended following his alleged involvement in the heist. The robbery, one of the largest in the city’s recent history, involved meticulous planning over three months.
