Adilabad: Former minister Jogu Ramanna said both the Centre and the State government withdrew the fingerprint marking requirement for farmers during cotton procurement following the sustained agitation by the BRS on behalf of farmers.

He, along with BRS activists, celebrated the development by performing Ksheerabhisekam to flexi-posters of the party’s working president KT Rama Rao and former finance minister T Harish Rao here on Sunday.
