Mangaluru, Nov 23: A 65-year-old man residing in a residential complex at Ballalbagh, Mangaluru, has been missing for nearly two months, prompting police to issue an appeal for public assistance.

The missing person, Vinod Bhoja Salian (65), had left his daughter-in-law’s house in Bengaluru on the morning of September 27 and was expected to travel back to Mangaluru that same day. According to the family, he last spoke to his daughter-in-law at around 8:30 am, informing her that he had reached Pumpwell and would call again once he reached home.

However, no further communication came from him. His mobile phone has remained unreachable since that morning.
