Missing girl, 15, may have been kidnapped by 17-year-old boy, Sacramento deputies say

Citlali Itzpapalot Lerma is 5 foot, 3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has long dark brown hair and brown eyes, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office. She is missing and was last seen early Sunday morning along the 500 block of M Street in the Rio Linda area wearing a dark gray hoodie, light blue ripped jeans and black New Balance shoes.
