Anzmtosn Magnet Fidget Spinner Sets : About 490 units of this product were recalled for violating mandatory toy safety standards. The sets include loose, high-powered magnets that can be ingested by children, the CPSC said. Swallowed magnets can attract inside the digestive tract, leading to perforations, twisting, blockage, blood poisoning, or even death, the agency warned.
