The vibes were plenty high at Beaver Stadium on Saturday night as the Nittany Lions won their second consecutive game and bolstered interim coach Terry Smith’s potential candidacy for the full-time job.

But on the recruiting trail, things continue to go against Penn State while the Lions remain without a head coach.

Talented four-star 2026 linebacker Elijah Littlejohn flipped his commitment Sunday from Penn State to Georgia .

He had been committed to the Nittany Lions since June 16 but reopened his recruitment on Oct. 16 following James Franklin’s firing.

Littlejohn, a 6-2, 205-pounder who profiles as a versatile pass rusher, took visits to Vanderbilt and Georgia this fall. He hails from West Charlotte High School in North Carolina.
