Nearly one million individuals are failing to claim a significant benefit they're entitled to, which could offer a range of additional advantages, including a free TV licence. Pension Credit, a benefit provided by the Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ), is currently unclaimed by 910,000 families who are eligible for it, according to recent DWP figures.

On average, couples can receive up to £346.69 per week. To be eligible for Guarantee Pension Credit, you must have reached State Pension age (66) and your weekly income must be less than the minimum amount the UK Government considers necessary for living.
