REDDING, Calif. – A burglary suspect was arrested early this morning at Lithia Chevrolet on East Cypress Avenue.

According to Redding Police, officers responded around 3:30 a.m. to reports of a man breaking into vehicles in the dealership's rear lot.

A police canine team found the suspect, Christopher Northcutt, 36, hiding in the back lot. Northcutt was taken into custody without any issues and was found with suspected stolen property.

He was booked into Shasta County Jail for burglary and possession of burglary tools.
