The Seattle Seahawks came away with a road win over the Tennessee Titans as expected, but not without multiple injuries in which every player was ruled out by halftime.
Linebacker and special teams contributor Chazz Surratt, running back and kick returner George Holani, and backup safety Ty Okada all left Seattle’s 30-24 victory in the first half and did not return. Surratt was rolled up on and suffered a significant looking ankle injury while blocking on a kick return, Holani pulled his hamstring on a Seahawks punt return, and Okada grabbed his hip after making a tackle on Titans receiver James Proche II following a completed pass.
