Oasis are to embark on a “period of reflection” after their epic comeback tour came to an end.

The Wonderwall hitmakers played the final show of their Live ‘25 Tour in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Sunday night and the band have now confirmed they will “pause” to reflect on their 41-date reunion amid clamour for more gigs.

The rockers - who are led by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher - wrote on Instagram: “And so it came to pass. The most damaging pop cultural force in recent British history’ found its way into the hearts and minds of a new generation.
