In his post-walkthrough press conference on Tuesday, Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur provided updates on the team’s key injuries. According to LaFleur, both running back Josh Jacobs (knee) and cornerback Keisean Nixon (neck) are going to be game-time decisions versus the Detroit Lions, so you can go ahead and assume that they’ll be listed as questionable on the Packers’ final injury report of the week on Wednesday.
Jacobs missed last week’s action after suffering a bone bruise against the New York Giants the week prior. In his place, Emanuel Wilson took 39 carries to Chris Brooks’ 9 against the Minnesota Vikings and Giants. Practice squad running back Pierre Strong Jr. was called up against Minnesota last week, but he didn’t play a single snap for the offense or special teams.
