SABINE COUNTY, Texas — A former Texas game warden previously indicted in San Augustine County is now facing three additional charges in Sabine County after a grand jury issued new indictments. His attorney says the case stems from a misunderstanding, not criminal intent.
Justin Charles Eddins, who appeared on the reality television series “Lone Star Law,” turned himself in to the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, Nov. 21, after being indicted on three counts of False Statement to Obtain Credit in Provision with Certain Services , according to his lawyer, Billy Morian Jr. Morian told 12News that Eddins was “bonded out the same day” on three $10,000 bonds, totaling $30,000.
