DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Shoppers at The Streets at Southpoint are not waiting for Black Friday to take advantage of deals.
The mall is at capacity, with every storefront filled, and mall staff say they're expecting huge crowds for Black Friday.
The Streets at Southpoint Senior general manager Patrick Anderson says the crowds have already been showing up.
"I think we've seen a lot of shoppers get out early," he said. "It seemed like right after Halloween, you could just see a notable difference in the traffic."
Hayley Boggs, of Fuquay-Varina, says she came out early this week to familiarize herself with prices.
"Today we're just looking for all the good sales," she said. "I love to look before I go shopping and see what was the regular price, versus what's the discount price now. Just
