SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) -- After five years, restoration work on the Historic Dr. Philip Kilroy House here in Springfield has been completed thanks to the Community Preservation Act.
The Kilroy House will not only look nicer, but it will also be safer as they finished asbestos testing, stucco testing, and roof tile and stained-glass repairs.
The Springfield Museums acquired the building in the 1980s, and it’s now their administrative headquarters.
