LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Rienk Mast made 7-of-10 shots from the 3-point line and finished with 31 points in Nebraska’s 80-73 win over Winthrop. The victory continues the Huskers’ perfect start to the 2025-26 season with a 7-0 record.
Braden Frager, who made his first career start, added 11 points for Nebraska, while Cale Jacobsen also scored 11. The Huskers pulled away from the Eagles in the second half when Mast made three 3-point shots in a three-minute span.
Nebraska returns to action on Saturday against South Carolina-Upstate at 1 o’clock.
