An over-21s bar could have its licence suspended after complaints about “irresponsible bottomless brunches” and "excessive noise”.
Lang’s Bar & Cocktail Lounge, in Sittingbourne town centre, could also have its opening hours cut back and manager removed following a hearing on Monday (November 24).
Dacorum Capital Ltd, which bought the building off Stonegate in March 2024, called for the licence review due to public safety concerns, sparked by a lack of fire safety regulation documents.
Director Jack Pandeli, 44, said he also had fears about what he called “irresponsible bottomless brunches” and the amount of noise coming from the building’s speakers and customers.
