Netflix's planned Assassin's Creed adaptation adds its first series regular with an actor from HBO's Euphoria. The action-adventure show is based on the long-running Ubisoft video game franchise of the same name. Assassin's Creed was given the green light earlier this year, with Roberto Patino, whose prior work includes writing for Sons of Anarchy and Westworld, and David Wiener, who wrote for the Halo TV series, acting as creators, showrunners, and executive producers.
