EVANSVILLE — The woman who called officers to an East Louisiana Street home amidst a domestic dispute that would devolve into a deadly police shooting Saturday night initially told the authorities no one at the home was armed with a weapon.
That's according to 911 call audio obtained by the Courier & Press through a request under Indiana's Access to Public Records Act. The call provides additional context about what preceded 58-year-old Everett Nunn's deadly encounter with an Evansville police officer inside the small, wood-paneled home at 25 East Louisiana Street.
