25 perks being removed for people on Personal Independence Payment have been revealed. Rachel Reeves, the Labour Party Chancellor, is expected to press ahead with scrapping about £300m in tax breaks for the Motability scheme today.

The Motability Scheme that helps provide cars for disabled people, mostly PIP claimants. But today, at the Autumn Budget, Ms reeves expected to end some tax reliefs for Motability cars.

Ms Reeves will reporteldy impose an insurance premium tax in a move that would make leasing a car more expensive and charging VAT on advance payments for higher-value cars. 25 luxury motors are being scrapped from the scheme.
