The Ivy Collection is gearing up to launch a new restaurant in a previously untapped area of the North West. The company also recently opened its sister brand, Ivy Asia, in Liverpool, marking its second venue in the city.

The company's first local site opened on November 19 last year, set in the former Bank of England building on Castle Street, with Asia located on the upper level of the venue. The Ivy Asia restaurants feature the same lively floral décor found in sister venues, with distinctive Asian cultural accents.
