A road in Plymouth is closed due to a police incident this afternoon (Wednesday, November 26).

Plymouth Highways said that Budshead Road is closed between Taunton Avenue and Whitleigh Green.

Devon and Cornwall Police said a crash involving a motorbike has injured one person.

We were called to reports of a road traffic collision involving a motorbike on Budshead Road, Plymouth, at around 11am today, Wednesday 26 November.

One person has been injured but the extent of their injuries is not known at this time.

Emergency services are at the scene.

Local road closures have been put in place.
