Chancellor Rachel Reeves is delivering her Budget to MPs after key details of the statement were released early.

She called the blunder by the Office for Budget Responsibility “deeply disappointing” as a “technical error” was blamed for the fiasco.

The accidental leak shows income tax thresholds will be frozen for another three years to 2030/31.

The OBR statement also shows the UK's economy is expected to grow more slowly than predicted over the next four years.
