When Chris Martin called his neighbors, Dick Van Dyke and his wife Arlene, it wasn’t to borrow a spoonful of sugar — but the request was just as sweet.

The Coldplay frontman wanted to know if they’d be part of a video for his new song, All My Love .

The resulting extended cut , directed by Spike Jonze and Mary Wigmore, was pure magic. It debuted on Dec. 6, and a shorter version followed on Dec. 13 — Van Dyke's 99th birthday. In the film, Van Dyke, barefoot and limber in a tan suit, dances and sings
