Advisory: 3 p.m. Wed – 1 a.m. Fri
Winds: SW 25–35 mph; gusts 45–50 mph
North Country (Oswego, Jefferson)
Advisory: 5 p.m. Wed – 1 a.m. Fri
Winds: SW 25–35 mph; gusts up to 50 mph
