A 95-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle in Conway last week, according to a preliminary police report.

Richard Schlater of Conway was walking through a lot at 2:04 p.m. on Nov. 18 when he was fatally struck by a 2013 Jeep Wrangler headed south on Prince Street, the report from Conway police says.

The report doesn't identify the Jeep's driver, provide further details of the crash or say whether the driver faces any charges. A spokesman for the Conway Police Department didn't return a call seeking further information Tuesday evening.
