A Strictly Come Dancing star has opened up on a "terrifying" change in a candid admission.

The beloved BBC dancing show had previously revealed a brand-new challenge for its remaining contestants, set to unfold this weekend.

The Instant Dance challenge , which has never been attempted before, will see the famous faces selecting a random dance style from sealed envelopes, which they must then perform on the spot.

The pairs will battle to secure additional points in a bid to strengthen their position on the crucial leaderboard before the forthcoming quarter-final.
